Who we are

zygr is a sovereign communications platform. The data controller is zygr (contact: nishath@gmail.com).

What we collect

Why we collect it

To operate the waitlist: to notify you when zygr launches, and to understand which countries have demand so we can localise the product appropriately.

Lawful basis

We process your data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. Our interest is operating a pre-launch waitlist and delivering the notification you signed up for. This interest is not overridden by your rights because: (a) you actively chose to join the waitlist, (b) we collect minimal data, and (c) your IP address is not retained.

How long we keep it

Your data is held until zygr launches publicly, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After launch, waitlist data is deleted within 30 days.

Who we share it with

We share your email or phone number with the following processors solely to deliver transactional messages:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or analytics platforms.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email nishath@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not set cookies. Cloudflare (our infrastructure provider) may set technical cookies as part of DDoS protection and bot detection. These are strictly necessary and exempt from consent requirements under ePrivacy rules.
